St. Margaret School 1910 – 1952
A small carragana bush and a small slab of cement mark the spot where the former St. Margaret school had been. The building that had housed a busy school for 42 years has been moved and is used for a garage. St. Margaret is also situated north of the North Saskatchewan River.
This was the fifth stop with signs on August 16, 2007. The school site was easily found, The sign was quickly erected. Memories were exchanged. Pictures were taken. A soft rain started. A good ending to a great day.
