St Nicholas 2020

Thank you so much for the many messages we received. I appreciate the spirit of caring expressed in these greetings; they have brought me great personal joy.   Look for the NWARTA Members’ Greetings in a few days. Hopefully these greetings will bring a measure of kinship when we are not able to socialize.

At Tuesday’s December 8 Zoom executive meeting, the draw was made for the winners of the St Nicholas gifts. The winners will be contacted by a member of the executive to arrange for COVID-safe delivery/pick-up.  We’re certain that the businesses supplying these gift cards will allow for curb-side pickup (perhaps even delivery).

The winners of the five St Nicholas gifts are:

• a generous donation by the Jackpot Grill and Bar for $50 — Monika Case
• a generous donation of two complimentary vouchers (for 2) for a 2021 Grande Prairie Live Theatre production — Khris Weeks and Charlene Ungstad  
• a $40 gift card to Jeffrey’s Cafe — Gwen Atkinson
• a $30 gift card to Tim Hortons — Gail Schau
• a $30 gift card to Safeway Floral (to brighten your home) — Leo and Martha Dawson
