$15.00 per person for meeting and full buffet lunch

Please reply to Judy Cruise by Friday, May 3rd indicating if you wish to stay for lunch following the meeting

Hello, PARTA members! Please take note of the following timely reminders:

* The PARTA Annual General Meeting will be held June 4th. Elections will be held for the President’s position for a two-year term. Please consider letting your name stand in service to our branch or nominate someone you think might be interested. You might consider co-working with the current executive to learn what the position entails. More information will be provided at the May meeting.

* A proposal to increase PARTA annual membership fees from $5.00 to $10.00 will be discussed at the annual meeting.

* If you have not renewed your 2018-19 membership, we would appreciate hearing from you prior to June 1st to enable us to report accurate membership numbers at our AGM. You may respond to Judy Cruise by email, mail (2402 Tshp Road 513, Parkland County, AB T7Y 3H8) or telephone (780-963-4716).

Information Sharing by Members at Regular Meetings

From time to time, members wish to share information about organizations they are associated with or volunteer opportunities they feel may be of interest to others. Our Executive requests that members contact Iona or Judy in advance of the meeting. Such presentations will take place at the discretion of the Chairperson, as time is available.

Following the adjournment of the meeting and will be limited to two minutes. Alternatively, printed information can be displayed on the “Information” table provided at each meeting.

For those of you who have not previously joined us, please be informed that the meetings are held in the small conference room.  A full buffet lunch is available at the Motor Inn following the meeting, if you choose to stay. You may enter the Motor Inn either through the south (recommended) or front entrance. Ample parking is available at either entrance.
