Ruth Eileen Erickson Obituary

Ruth Eileen Erickson was born October 3, 1923, to Sidney and Dorothy Chandler in Southey, Saskatchewan. As a child, she moved to Ribstone, Alberta in 1934.

Ruth met her husband, Walter Erickson in 1943 and they were married on July 29, 1944.

Ruth passed away peacefully surrounded by family at Wainwright, Alberta on April 10 at the age of 96 years.

She will forever be remembered by her children, Joy (Don) James, Brian (Corrine) Erickson, Calvin (Linda) Erickson, Karen (Terry) Worthing; eleven grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; her sister, Joyce Murphy; and brother, Harold Chandler.

She was predeceased by her parents, Sidney and Dorothy Chandler, brother, Alfred; sister, Dorothy; and husband, Walter.
