WOLF CREEK RETIRED TEACHERS’ ASSOCIATION CHRISTMAS LUNCHEON

Celebrate the holiday season.  Come out and enjoy a turkey dinner, music, and great fellowship.  Spread the word, carpool, and offer a ride.

Doors open at 11:45 am and dinner at 12:30 pm

WHERE:  Ponoka Drop In Centre, 5015 – 46 Ave., Ponoka

COST:  $20 per person for catered dinner by Bob Ronnie payable at the door. Cost is subsidized from our ARTA grant.

RSVP: Please RSVP by Tuesday, November 25, 2025 if you are attending or not to Frank Tschabold at fwctschabold@shaw.ca or 403-783-6436 as we need numbers for the caterer. Spouses/partners or an accompanying friend or family member are always welcome at our events.

ARTA Associate members and retired education sector employees are encouraged and welcome to be part of our branch.

BRANCH ACTIVITY FEES:  WCRTA branch activity fees can be paid at the door for those that need. ($5 for one year or $20 for five years.)  First year is complimentary for new retirees.

ARTCF FUNDRAISER:  Just as we have done in the past, we will be raising funds for the Alberta Retired Teachers Charitable Foundation (ARTCF) at the luncheon.  The ARTCF supports projects for seniors in Alberta and unlike many charities, less than 5% of the funds go to overhead costs.  Last year we raised $2984.

If you wish to contribute, you can either give a cash donation or if you would like a tax receipt, please bring a cheque payable to Alberta Retired Teachers Charitable Foundation (ARTCF) so that the foundation will be able to issue you a tax receipt.

For security reasons, once our activities commence in the auditorium, the outside doors will be locked. If you are running late, not to worry.  There are buzzers at both entrances.

Please help spread the word about the luncheon and encourage others to attend.  Try to bring someone new or someone that hasn’t attended in a while.  Offer a ride, especially to those colleagues who no longer drive.

canvasser attending briefly during registration for those who wish to sign the petition.
