On May 14/2019, Drayton Valley will be hosting it’s second, full day mini-conference at the Best Western Hotel. The conference is open to all members and guests.

All the workshop sessions have been confirmed. They include Laughing Yoga; Good Eating Habits for Seniors (which will include tips for cooking for one or two and a look at the new Canada Health Food Guide); Spring Forest Qigong; Caring for Indoor Plants; and Internet safety.
