Throughout the day, we will be having BIOMETRIC testing.  You must have a pre-booked appointment for this.

9:00 – 10:00 Primary Care Network overview
10:00 – 10:30 Coffee / Tea Break
10:30 – 11:30 Chair Yoga with staff from the Breathing Room
1130 – 12:00 Immunizations for Seniors
12:00 – 1:15 Pot Luck Lunch
1:15 – 2:45 Jeanette’s Art Session is on learning various Watercolor Techniques for Beginners.   We will create a picture using some of the techniques.
