PARTA President\u2019s Message<\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n

As we follow the lead set by ARTA and continue our \u201cNo Contact\u201d protocols, I bring you a hopeful message of \u201cSpring to Come\u201d.\u00a0 Actually, it has been snowing most of the day while I compile this information but just now the sun is poking through the grey clouds \u2013 5:25 PM!!<\/p>\n

Condolences to you who have lost loved ones or acquaintances to the virus. Please continue to take care of yourselves and be cautious as we experience the transition into more open social practices.<\/p>\n

I want to remind you about the Alberta Health Services \u201cGreen Sleeve\u201d initiative supported by ARTA.\u00a0 I use mine regularly and have also found the myalbertadigitalid<\/u><\/strong> very helpful in keeping my medical \u201cstuff\u201d organized. ARTA Office Reopening Spring 2022<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong><\/h3>\n

Beginning in April, ARTA staff will begin to return to the office, and members will be able to start booking appointments to visit beginning May 1.<\/p>\n

  1. The booking calendar for members to make appointments will become available on\u00a0arta.net<\/a><\/strong> and\u00a0myarta.net <\/a><\/strong>during the month of April.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Volunteer Opportunity <\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n

    There are many volunteer opportunities\u00a0at the Pioneer Museum in Stony Plain. \u00a0School Program presenters are needed, in particular, but there are many other areas of the operation where volunteers are invaluable.<\/p>\n

    Members who want more information can contact the Museum office at 780-963-1234.<\/p>\n
