• Join us in learning how to better understand these two specially chosen BC wines, implementing professional sensorial evaluation techniques, discussing how and why we do it!
• We will discuss the origin of the selected grape varieties, note how they express themselves in BC wines as well as in their birthplace.
• We will bring some interesting food pairing ideas to the table, with suggestions of easily sourced foods that those who would like to prepare them, could try along with the chosen wines during the presentation.
•  We’ll learn how we can elevate the entire wine experience by implementing a few important pairing principles including cause and effect.
• in closing, a few words regarding our diverse wine club opportunities!
