Winter Wellness Day

This will be a day with time for coffee and chatting, information presentations as well as an opportunity to try some new activities.

Of course, you will be able to pre-book your appointment with ARTA’s Nurse Hallie for Biometric Testing (includes body mass index, skeletal muscle mass and lean body mass).  The nurse may also check your blood pressure and provide Hemoglobin A1C Testing (blood sugar screening for diabetes or pre-diabetes).

These testing-consultation sessions with Nurse Hallie will run concurrently with the wellness and activity presentations; you will be able to step out from any session for your appointment and come back once you’re finished.  You may decide to bring your lunch or perhaps you would prefer to join your NWARTA friends at a nearby restaurant.
